Hello All. If you are spending too much time emailingall policy ownersat one time about training, best practices, policies past due, etc, there is now an easier way that reducesthe number of steps required to generate the list of policy owner email addresses. The policy owner’s email address is now included in the Admin Console’sActive Policies, Policies Due for Review, and Pending Policies reports’ CSV download. Export any of these reports to get a list all email addresses for respective policy owners!

Hi @Gabriel Gomez , this is great, thank you. Please let me know if I should enter in an Idea for this; is there a way we can also have the ‘Needed Approver’ email address added to the ’ Pending Policies 'CSV file. This will allow flexibility for Admins / Editors to compile an email list in the case the ’ Owners ’ arenot available to address documents pending approval. Thanks again.

Hi @Denny Chlebek . Yes, please submit that idea through the ideas portal. (It’sa good one.) Did you know you can click on the needed approver name on the pending policies report to start an email to them? Not sure if that reduces any steps, but thought I would mention it.
